Website Terms
These terms apply to use of the Bugbyte Academy website. The website is provided for informational, course, company training, and access-request purposes.
No Professional or Licensing Guarantee
Website content is provided for general informational purposes. Bugbyte Academy does not currently guarantee licensing results, employment outcomes, state approval, accreditation, or approved continuing education credit.
Continuing Education Status
Bugbyte Academy is not currently claiming state-approved continuing education credit unless a specific course is clearly marked as approved. Any approved-credit offering will require the proper agency process before it is marketed as approved continuing education.
Training Content
Training content should be reviewed against current laws, labels, safety requirements, company policies, and agency guidance before use in active operations. Pest control companies remain responsible for their own compliance, supervision, and employee training requirements.
Course Enrollment and Access
When paid enrollment opens, course access will be connected to the learner email used at checkout or assignment. You are responsible for providing accurate account details, protecting your sign-in information, and using course access only for the enrolled learner unless a written company agreement says otherwise.
Payments and Refunds
Prices, required fees, and the total amount due will be shown before payment. Purchases are also subject to the Refund Policy presented at checkout. A payment does not create CE credit unless the course page clearly identifies the approving agency, eligible license category, approved hours, and approval status.
Account Responsibility
Do not share passwords or allow another person to complete required training or assessments for you. We may suspend access when we reasonably believe an account is being misused, compromised, or used to create an inaccurate completion record.
Company Accounts
When company purchasing and manager access open, the purchasing company will be responsible for authorized seat assignments, accurate employee information, manager access, and compliance with applicable workplace and privacy obligations. Managers may view training records only for learners connected to their authorized company account.
Acceptable Use
You may not share accounts, interfere with course progress controls, submit another person's work, copy or distribute course materials, probe or disrupt the service, or use Bugbyte Academy for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity.
Intellectual Property
The Bugbyte Academy name, website content, graphics, and related materials are intended for Bugbyte Academy use. Do not copy, reuse, or redistribute site materials without permission.
Third-Party Links
This website may link to third-party websites or services. Bugbyte Academy is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites.
Availability and Limitation
We work to keep the website and training services available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, Bugbyte Academy is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or training service. Nothing in these terms limits a right that cannot legally be waived.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by California law, without limiting any consumer protection that applies based on the customer's location.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the website, company, and platform develop. Continued use of the website after updates means you accept the revised terms.
