Accessibility Statement
Bugbyte Academy wants its website and training experience to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies.
Our Accessibility Goal
We aim to design and maintain our public website and original course materials with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.1 Level AA, as a practical reference. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and we will continue reviewing the experience as new pages, courses, videos, documents, and learner tools are added.
What We Are Working Toward
Our goals include keyboard-friendly navigation, clear headings, readable contrast, descriptive links, form labels, responsive layouts, captions or transcripts for important video and audio content, and accessible alternatives for course documents when reasonably available.
Third-Party Services
Some account, payment, or training features may be delivered through third-party services. We cannot control every part of those services, but we will consider accessibility when configuring them and when selecting future providers.
Request Help or an Alternative Format
If you have trouble using a page, course, video, quiz, document, or certificate, email support@bugbyteacademy.com. Please tell us which page or course you were using, what happened, and the type of assistance or format that would help. Do not include passwords or payment-card information.
Response
We aim to acknowledge accessibility requests within two business days and will work with the learner to identify a reasonable way to provide access or an alternative.
